workforce. The training opportunities we provide are diverse and we continually
seek new relevant and challenging programs that will assist us to meet our goals.

Professional education
We also actively support employees
gaining accreditation in programs such as First Aid, Sports Medicine, Naturopathy
and alternative healthcare. We have a structured Study Assistance Program for
all employees and actively support the professional development by subsidising
CPE programs and professional association events and other conferences.
National Pharmacies offers structured career paths in many disciplines. These
are provided in conjunction with development programs, or as stand-alone opportunities.
Opportunities to work interstate or in regional locations for fixed periods are
