| Culture Our culture
is lead by our organisational values. Each year we recognise those teams and individuals
who truly reflect our values and associated behaviours at our Annual Awards Dinner.
These people are publicly acknowledged and congratulated for their efforts.
Communication and teamwork are important to our organisation, twice a year
we meet for the All Employee Forum to encourage effective communication. This
forum offers employees the opportunity to keep abreast of organisational goals
and projects and provides an opportunity to build stronger teams through networking
with colleagues. The Weekly Communication Bulletin keeps all employees
up to date on promotions and news within the retail enviroment. Published each
week it is available on Natcom, our intranet service. Our National Tablet
newsletter is a useful tool for communicating our successes, community involvement
and individual and team achievements. We have an active Social Club who
organise events throughout the year, including tickets to various performances,
movie meal deals, Pub Nights and the ever popular annual Christmas Ball.
Our culture is about teams, communicating, sharing ideas, working together to
achieve our goals and realise our ambitions. It's also about taking the time to
celebrate our successes and enjoying life. |
