1. To obtain Revlon Rewards you must be a current financial member of National Pharmacies and show your card at point of purchase 2. Members who spend $50 or more in one transaction on Revlon products receive a $10 Revlon Rewards Gift Certificate printed on their receipt to redeem on their next Revlon purchase 3. $50 is calculated after member benefit and/or any other discounts are applied 4. One (only) $10 Revlon Rewards Gift Certificate will be awarded per transaction 5. $10 Revlon Rewards Gift Certificate is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash 6. Revlon Rewards Program commences Monday October 1 2012. National Pharmacies reserves the right to vary or end the program at its own discretion without notice 7.
