OPTION A - Lifeplan
Please choose from 1, 2 or 3:

1) National Pharmacies Plus*.
Lifeplan Funds Management has joined with us for this package option. In addition to all the member benefits shown on "Membership - What are the benefits?", you will be enrolled as a Lifeplan member, and receive worldwide 24 hour, 365 days a year $10,000 Accidental Death Cover for yourself, and in the case of a family membership, your partner also. Plus, this package entitles you to Lifeplan Travel benefits, giving you access to worldwide travel arrangements at members' prices.

- Family $77.80 / year

2) Pensioner Membership.
If you are the holder of a Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card, a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card or a Department of Veteran's Affairs Gold Repatriation Health Card, you can join at our pensioner membership rate. Eligible pensioners are enrolled through Lifeplan and include National Pharmacies benefits only.

- Family $63.20 / year

3) Lifeplan Australia Friendly Society Ltd.

If you have an existing policy with Lifeplan, the cost of membership will be:
- Single $31.60 / year
- Family $63.20 / year

OPTION B - Through your Health Insurer

Enjoy savings on your pharmaceutical and health care purchases all year round at National Pharmacies. Save 20% on a variety of health-related products, designed to manage or prevent disease, injures or a condition, or prescribed in connection with an episode of hospital treatment.

Please choose from 1, 2 or 3:

1) Mutual Community - Pharmacy Saver. SA only
If you are an existing member of Mutual Communit with Extras Cover, for a small ammount per year, you can simply add National Pharmacies to your membership.

Your National Pharmacies Membership will reflect the status of your current cover, e.g. single health cover = single National Pharmacies Membership. For the exact amount that adding National Pharmacies Membership to your Mutual Community health insurance premium call 131 243. No payment is required with option B. 2) HCF. SA only

National Pharmacies Membership is available with any HCF SA Extras Cover. If you already have an HCF Extras product in SA, you can join National Pharmacies by contacting HCF direct on 8419 4200.

3) HBA - Pharmacy Saver. VIC/NSW only
Add Pharmacy Saver to your extras cover with HBA, for a small amount extra per year and save up to 20% everyday at National Pharmacies.

Your National Pharmacies Membership will reflect the status of your current cover, e.g. single health cover = single National Pharmacies Membership. For the exact amount that adding National Pharmacies Membership to your HBA health insurance premium call 131 243. No payment is requried with option B. If joining through HBA the amount will be added to your next HBA account.
