Price Change Requirements for National Pharmacies

National Pharmacies requires suppliers to provide details of proposed price changes at least six weeks prior to the effective date of the change.

National Pharmacies requires the following information to be provided electronically, preferably in Microsoft Excel format, e-mailed to pricelist@nationalpharmacies.com.au

· Effective Date
· UPC (barcode)
· Supplier Product Code
· Description
· List Price excluding GST
· National Pharmacies Price excluding GST
· Recommended Retail (if applicable)
· Carton (shipper) quantity
· Inner (shelf pack) quantity
