The Terms of Trade Agreement (Download:

a document that outlines the key operating parameters
of trade between National Pharmacies and its suppliers.
These terms of trade may be ongoing or change through
written notice from either party.

Supplements
(credit policies, franchise agreements etc.) from either
party that assist with understanding these terms of
trade must be attached. Individual brand terms should
also be attached.
The Business Development Plan (Download:
Business Development Plan Summary - PDF File)
is a 12-month
promotional program that aims to increase the business
of both National Pharmacies and the supplier. The intent
is to utilise available BDF funds to promote products
that satisfy mutual business objectives.
National
Pharmacies Optical
The Optical offer is an important source of value
for the members of National Pharmacies. It is intrinsic
to the broader healthcare offer that defines the brand.
Working in association with independent Optometrists,
National Pharmacies Optical sells optical related products
such as frames, lenses, sunglasses, binoculars and other
accessories.

The
Distribution Centre
Approximately 75% of everything sold in our stores is
supplied through the Distribution Centre. The Centre
has a stock on hand value of $12 million, consisting
of around 7,500 SKU's (stock keeping units).
In addition our photographic processing laboratory and
our Optical laboratory are located at the Distribution
Centre.
