National Pharmacies places the highest priority on the health and wellbeing of its employees, members and customers.

We confirm that the locations listed below have had positive cases of Covid-19 attended the premises. The periods of time relating to these events are:

Exposure time: 11:00am-5:00pm

We are committed to supporting our community by continuing to provide pharmacy and optical services at our sites.

  • Employees who also worked at any site during the identified periods have undergone Covid testing and are currently isolating.
  • Enhanced cleaning processes are undertaken prior to the stores reopening for trade.
  • All team members currently working at the locations identified have been redeployed from other locations or were not present at the time of the incident.

At this stage, our locations are not showing as listed exposure sites on the SA Health website but we continue to work with SA Health as they complete contact tracing activities, determine the level the exposure sites will be classed as and advise of next steps. We will monitor the situation for developments.

In line with general health advice, should you develop symptoms of fever, chills, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, loss of smell or altered sense taste, body aches or muscle pain, diarrhoea, lethargy, headache or flu type symptoms, please seek medical advice.
