Flaxseed & Banana Breakfast Pudding
Prepare it the night before and enjoy this nutritious serve of omega-3’s before the day has even begun.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp chia seeds
300ml almond milk
1 tbsp Melrose Flaxseed Oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 banana
3 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp almond butter
¼ tsp cinnamon

METHOD:
In a small jar combine the chia seeds, almond milk, flaxseed oil and maple syrup. Shake to combine well, ensuring the chia seeds are dispersed and there are no lumps. Place in the fridge for two hours or overnight.

TO SERVE:
Top with sliced banana, coconut, almond butter and cinnamon.
