Do I have to be a member to use the app?
No. Our app is open to download for anyone, from members to curious non-members. However, to get the most out of our app and to access exclusive features log in using your member number. Not a member? Click here to join.
How do I log in?
Click on ‘Member Profile’ (or any restricted feature) and a dialog box will open. Enter your Member Number and Passcode and click the ‘login’ button. If you have forgotten your member number and/or passcode, click the ‘Forgot details?’ link. This will take you to a reset passcode page with link for finding member numbers below.
I can’t log in what do I do?

How do I change my password once I am logged in?
Passcodes can only be changed via the website under your account. Login online and click on ‘Change password’.
How much does the app cost?
Our app is free to download for all members and non-members.
How do I use it in store to get my member benefit?
Login to access your member card under ‘My Card’ in the footer of the app. This can be scanned in-store in place of your plastic membership card.
My member card is red, what does this mean?
If the card on your ‘Member Profile’ and ‘My Card’ pages are red this indicates your membership has expired. There is a link to re-join online, however you may wish to visit your local store to make a payment.
I want to view my electronic receipt, how do I?
Login to access your ‘Recent Purchases’. Choose the date range you wish to view and click ‘OK’. Scroll to find the transaction and then click on the eye icon on the right-hand side, this will open your electronic receipt.
I can’t see how far stores are from me.
Stores will be listed alphabetically as a default, however if you wish to see the nearest stores to you, turn on your location services.
