Instructions for Use:

Always read full instructions before using the unit. Avoid eating, smoking, caffeine or bathing at least 30 minutes prior to reading. Avoid activity and relax for 5-10 min. Sit on a back-supported chair and keep your legs uncrossed. Avoid thick or close-fitting garments on the upper arm. Place the artery-mark on the cuff over your artery. Fit the cuff closely, but not too tight. Position the cuff 1-2 cm above your elbow and rest arm on a flat surface at the same height as your heart. Press start button. Keep your arm still and do not speak during the measurement. Once the measurement is complete it will automatically save win the memory. Remove cuff. Repeat if required at 10 second intervals.
