    Blackmores Curcumin One-A-Day contains Longvida®, an optimised form of curcumin, (the active ingredient in turmeric).  The one-a-day dose of optimised turmeric which relieves inflammation, supports cognitive function, relieves digestive discomfort and is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to decrease mild joint aches and pains.
    This medicine may not be right for you. Read the warnings below before purchase. Follow directions for use. If symptoms persist, worsen or change talk to your health professional.

    Dosage:

    Adults – Take 1 capsule a day with a meal or as professionally prescribed.

    Children under 18 years – Only as professionally prescribed.

    Active Ingredients:

    Curcuma longa (turmeric) extract dry conc (Longvida®) 400 mg equiv. dry rhizome 5.4 g std. to contain curcumin 80mg
