    Blackmores Evening Primrose Oil 1 g contains cold-pressed EPO. EPO is a source of the important omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).

    Maintaining skin health through supporting skin hydration, Blackmores sources only the best oils that are cold pressed and rigorously testing for quality and highly purified.

    Dosage:

    For general health and wellbeing:
    Adults –     Take 2-4 capsules per day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

    For skin and as an anti-inflammatory:
    Adults –     Take 2 capsules, twice a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food. 

    Children under 18 years – only as professionally prescribed.
