Dosage:

Adults –Take 7.5 g (1 level scoop) once a day, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime. Only use the scoop provided. Mix in 250mL of water and consume immediately.

Magnesium citrate (magnesium 296 mg) 2 g (2000 mg), Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (magnesium 24 mg) 216 mg (Total magnesium 320 mg), Glycine 3.1 g (3100 mg), Humulus lupulus (hops) extract dry conc. 125 mg equiv. to dry flower 937.5 mg, Calcium citrate tetrahydrate (calcium 133.2 mg) 634 mg.
