Instructions for Use:

Apply the cream-gel using both hands, with light smoothing motions, from the ankles and moving up to the waist. Repeat the movement.

With both hands, carry out draining-pressure movements on each side of the ankle, moving up to the waist. Repeat this movement 6 times. Do the same on the other leg.

With both hands, encircle the knee while carrying out draining-pumping movements with the fingertips on the back of the knee. Repeat the movement 3 times.
