Directions:

1. Place heel securely in the loop ensuring the smooth side faces skin.
2. The support should then be wrapped from inside of the foot, over the foot arch towards the outside of the foot.
3. Wrap the support around the ankle, then attach the strap to the support.
4. Adjust tension to a desired comfort and support.
