A relieving blend of 100% pure Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint & Lime essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms of headaches & mild migraines, sinusitis, nausea, nervous tension & sleeplessness.

How to use this product:

Methods of use: Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.

Ingredients:

Lemon (Citris Limon), Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) herb top flowering 400mcL/mL, Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) fruit peel 200mcL/mL, Peppermint (Mentha X Piperita) leaf 150mcL/mL.
