Mentholatum Ice Cold Patches provide cold therapy for pain relief. Cooling therapy is recommended for joint mild arthritic pain, back pain, muscle pain, minor sports injuries, sprains strains. The cold patches are flexible which is great for joints! Suitable for daily use and during pregnancy for muscular back pain.

Directions:

Apply only to clean dry skin. Open the pouch, remove one patch and peel the clear plastic film. Apply the sticky side of the patch over the affected or swollen area. Do not cut the patch. Re-seal the pouch to prevent remaining patches from drying out. Use all patches within one month of opening. Each patch can only be used once.
