Directions

1. Twist off the cap

2. Apply 0.5ml of the gel to the top of the mouth tray and 0.5ml to the bottom of the mouth tray.

3. If using Polished London’s Dual Light System, treatments are just 10 minutes; if using your dental retainer, treatment time is 60minutes.
