Great for the family, Sambucol Black Elderberry Immune Defence Lozenges:

Directions:

Adults: Take 1-2 lozenges every hour, or as needed; up to 16 lozenges per day.

Children 6-9 years: Take 1 lozenge every 3 hours, up to 4 per day.

Children 9-12 years: take 1 lozenge every 1-2 hours, up to 8 per day.

Ingredients:

Dosage form: Lozenge Quantity: 20 Active ingredients per lozenge: Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry -Equiv. fresh juice 1.2 g Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 50 mg Zinc gluconate -Equiv. zinc 3 mg Honey 100 mg. Contains Pollen, Sugars and Sorbitol.
