Blackmores Concentrated Curcumin One-A-Day contains TurmXTRA™, a bioavailable form of concentrated curcumin (the active ingredient in turmeric), specifically formulated for optimal absorption.

The one-a-day dose of optimised turmeric has an anti-inflammatory action and provides pain relief after exercise. Formulated with the added benefit of vitamin C to support joint and joint cartilage health and collagen formation. Curcumin and vitamin C are antioxidants which reduce free radicals formed in the body.

Dosage:

Adults – Take 1 tablet once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.

Active Ingredients:

• Curcuma longa (as TurmXTRA™ 60N) extract dry conc. 158 mg equiv. dry rhizome 3.9 g std. to contain: Curcumin 150 mg
• Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 45 mg.
