Sick Leave Certificates

Many workplaces require employees to have a leave certificate if they are taking personal, sick or carers leave. Traditionally, leave certificates have only been available from a GP but, did you know that our pharmacists are able to issue these certificates in relation to minor ailments or conditions?

At National Pharmacies, our pharmacists will conduct a consultation with you in a private and confidential environment. Where appropriate and within their scope, the pharmacist can issue a leave certificate for a small fee.

Leave certificates are available from all National Pharmacies stores. Please contact your local National Pharmacies for information about leave certificates. Please note, certificates cannot be backdated.

Members can get a sick leave/carers certificate for $29.95, and non-members can get one for $34.95.
