Lara completed her Bachelor of Health Science degree in Naturopathy at Endeavor College of Natural Health in 2020. She went on to complete further studies in chronic condition management at Flinders University.
Lara has always been interested in health and the use of diet and lifestyle as preventative medicine to prevent chronic disease. She learnt how natural herbs could be used as medicine to heal the body. This is where her passion grew which lead her down the track of naturopathy – ultimately holistic health and getting down to the root cause of disease and helping to prevent chronic disease in the long term. Lara is interested in women’s health including hormones, reproductive health, and gastrointestinal health.
Lara believes in a balanced health approach and is welcoming of combining naturopathy medicine to compliment conventional medicine. If you are on medication, Lara is conscious of this and provides a well-rounded balanced approach.
