Naturopathy is an alternate healthcare approach that promotes the body’s own self-healing mechanism. It uses natural therapies such as nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, homeopathy, hydrotherapy and exercise, plus many more that follow naturopathic principles.

Craig is both a qualified Naturopath and Pharmacist practicing Naturopathy since 2007. Craig became a pharmacist in 1989 and his passion for helping people with their health quickly developed into an interest in complementary medicine and a strong focus on healing the person, not just their disease.

He’s particularly interested in complex health conditions, as Craig believes that there is an enormous scope for Naturopathic medicine to provide powerful antidotes to many hard-to-treat diseases. She learnt how natural herbs could be used as medicine to heal the body. This is where her passion grew which lead her down the track of naturopathy – ultimately holistic health and getting down to the root cause of disease and helping to prevent chronic disease in the long term. Lara is interested in women’s health including hormones, reproductive health, and gastrointestinal health.
