2. PACK YOUR ITEMS
Bag or box your items in their original packaging in a shipping bag.
3. POST YOUR PARCEL
With the Returns Label attached, post your parcel at any or in a red street posting box or in-store drop box (if size permits and your retailer has not specified otherwise).
4. PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER
Make a note of your Parcel Tracking Number. You will be able to track your Return parcel online with this number.
1. FREE INSTORE RETURNS
Return or exchange any online purchase for FREE at any one of our stores.
2. PROOF OF PURCHASE
You must present proof of purchase, ideally your tax invoice.
3. CONDITION ASSESSMENT
Our store team member will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange will be offered in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. ISSUE OF REFUND
Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender, unless you paid for your order through PayPal, in which case you will receive a National Pharmacies gift card to the value of the returned items.
