How to use:

Pull élive Cracked Heel Gel Sock over heel and leave on for 30 minutes after washing and drying feet. Can be used daily or weekly, as often as desired, with proven results if worn for seven days straight.

Gently hand wash in cold water without twisting, line dry in shade. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron dry clean or tumble dry. Designed to be reused up to 30 times
