Included in this trial pack are

Preparation Instructions:

1. Add 1 sachet (18g) into 400 mL of water
2. Blend, shake or stir for 5-10 seconds to mix well
3. Recovery protein can also be mixed with other hot and cold drinks and foods

All prepared products should be covered and consumed within 1 hour at room temperature or within 24 hours, if refrigerated.
Stir again to mix well before consumption.
