20mg Zinc (as amino acid chelate), 13mg Zinc (as gluconate), 13mg Zinc (as citrate dihydrate), 46mg TOTAL ELEMENTAL ZINC, 20mg Magnesium (as amino acid chelate), 20mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride, 16.5mg equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6), 1500IU Vitamin A (as Retinyl acetate), 450mcg eqiuv. retinol equivalents.

Does not contain added egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nut or animal products, yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives.

Instructions:

Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings:

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor.
