Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and older: Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Vigorously swish 10mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. – Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rising.

Safety:

Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. Not for use in children under the age of 12 years. Cap sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal on cap is broken or missing. Contains Sodium Flouride.
