Fortasyn Connect® contains:

Directions:

1. Add 3 scoops of powder to a glass.
2. Add 100 ml of water to the powder and stir with a fork until mixed.
3. Consume entire serve immediately after preparation.

Recommended intake of 1 serve per day (30 g powder), in addition to normal food.

Storage: Store in a cool dry place. Use before the date on tin bottom. After opening, keep tin airtight and use contents within two weeks.
