Swisse Women’s High Potency Multivitamin contains high potency B group vitamins to support energy production and vitality. Vitamin B2, B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B5 & B6 are important for the adrenals as healthy adrenal function helps support the body’s response to stress.

Swisse Women’s High Potency Multivitamin also contains 1000 IU of vitamin D to help maintain healthy bones and teeth and Zinc, which is essential to support and maintain healthy skin.

Dosage:

Adult: One tablet daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warnings:

• When taken in excess of 3000 mcg/RE, vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg/RE for women and 900 mcg/RE for men.
• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
• Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use.
• Vitamin & mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
