Essential Oils Explained

Aromas are one of the biggest links to our emotions, and when we start using essential oils throughout our daily routine, they can offer unique benefits to our lives.

There’s a lot of buzz around essential oils, it can be confusing to know which types to use for particular concerns, here are some of our favourite essential oils and when to use them.
As humans, our sense of smell is the only sense that is connected to the limbic system – the part of the brain that influences behaviour, emotions and memory. Different smells can produce different emotional and physiological reactions, which is why the use of essential oils has long since been used for mental and physical wellbeing. We take a deep dive in to some of our favourite daily oils, how to use them, and the benefits for your everyday health.
