    Dosage:

    Adults – Take 1 capsule once a day or as professionally prescribed. Take with food

    Active Ingredients:

    Retinol palmitate (vitamin A 5000 IU) 2.75 mg (1500 micrograms retinol equivalents).

    Warnings:

    • Supplements may only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate
    • Contains soya bean products
    • The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 microgram retinol equivalents for women and 900 microgram retinol equivalents for men

    • WARNING: When taken in excess of 3000 microgram retinol equivalents vitamin A can cause birth defects
