Coconut, Raspberry & Mint Gut Primer Smoothie

Containing an abundance of skin-nourishing healthy fats from almond milk and coconut yoghurt, as well as antioxidant-rich raspberries, this refreshing recipe makes for a satiating 3pm snack or beauty-boosting breakfast. Plus, with the added goodness of GUT PRIMER, our herbal gut restore powder, your belly will be in for a treat.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup (125mL) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup (80g) coconut yoghurt
- 1/4 cup (60g) fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 large handful of mint leaves
- 1/8 avocado
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon of GUT PRIMER
- 4 ice cubes
- Stevia equivalent to 2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine.
